Personal background

David was born in June of 1969 in the Bronx, New York, to Barry and Geraldine Rosenthal. He moved from New York in 1973 to Coral Springs, Florida, where he spent most of his life until moving to Central Florida in 2006. He currently lives in East Orlando. David is married to Debbie Rosenthal and has two daughters, Jackie and Cynthia, and three grandchildren: Sophia, Liam, and Finlay.

Education

David graduated high school in 1987 and received his Associate's Degree in Fire Science Technology, becoming a Certified Firefighter, Emergency Medical Technician, and Fire Inspector. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, a Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Environmental Sciences, a Master's Degree in Jewish Studies, and a Doctorate in the Philosophy of Metaphysics. David is a Rabbi and Interfaith Minister.

Professional licenses

David holds numerous professional licenses and certifications, including Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses; Florida Mortgage Broker's License; Florida Insurance Licenses in Health, Life and Annuity, General Lines, and Title Insurance; Florida Real Estate Salesperson (current); Florida EMT (current); Florida Firefighter, Fire Inspector, and Fire Officer; OSHA Authorized Instructor of both Construction and General Industry (current); and OSHA Disaster Site Worker (current).

Career

David has worked in many industries. He was a Firefighter and EMT in South Florida, a Stock and Bond Broker, and a Mutual Fund Manager and Wholesaler. His background in safety has taken him across the hemisphere, consulting for NASA and the Department of Defense and working at many military installations, including Kennedy Space Center. His company, The OSHA Guy, has had him working throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. He is also the owner of Total Tax and Lien Searches, a company that assists title companies and real estate attorneys across all 67 counties of Florida to pass clear title for real estate transactions. He is also an active Real Estate Agent.

Masonic career

David was initiated into Freemasonry in 1991 and raised to the Degree of Master Mason in April of 1992. He is currently a member of Hiram Daylight Masonic Lodge and a member of the Valley of Ocala. He was invested Knight Commander of the Court of Honour in 2013. He is also active in Masonry outside the United States, serving as a Member of Royal Victoria Lodge, English Constitution, and Past District Grand Standard Bearer for the District of the Bahamas and Turks, United Grand Lodge of England, as well as a Member of Lodge St. Michael No. 1634, Grand Lodge of Scotland. He serves as Director of Work at the Valley of Ocala.
